Kahlua Fantasy Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Kahlua Fantasy Chocolate Cheesecake Crumb Crust:
1 1/3 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup softened butter
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Kahlua Fantasy Chocolate Cheesecake Filling:
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 cup Kahlua
2 packages (8 ounces each) softened cream cheese, cut in pieces
2 tablespoons butter
2 large eggs, beaten
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream

Whipped cream

How to Make Kahlua Fantasy Chocolate Cheesecake Crumb Crust

Combine chocolate wafer crumbs, softened butter and granulated sugar.
Press mixture firmly in bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Melt chocolate with Kahlua and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir the mixture until smooth.
