Instead it is a variation of Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe using Hershey's chocolate raspberry chips as one of the substitute ingredients. In fact it also uses Kraft Philly brand cream cheese, so it could also be called Philadelphia cream cheese chocolate raspberry chips cheesecake recipe if you prefer Kraft foods to the Hershey chocolate factory. Anyway the result is a very rich baked cheesecake of chocolate and raspberry that will delight your taste buds.

Cheesecake Crust:
1/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter, softened
2 cups chocolate wafers
Cheesecake Filling:
12 ounces Hershey's Chocolate Raspberry Chips, melted and cooled
1 1/2 pounds Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream

Mix all ingredients - sugar, butter and chocolate wafers - completely.
Butter the sides and bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
